QLD Event - A New Year – new approaches for your career

A New Year – new approaches for your career

Tips and techniques to blow the dust off your approaches to leading at every level and revitalising your professional toolkit.

An evening of uplifting and motivational work-shopping (no role play!) with Fi Emberton and Ian Spence

Shake off the excesses of Christmas!

Grab the New Year with gusto and vigour!

Reduce stress!

Love your work – and life...and save on gym fees.

Fi and Ian work around the world with libraries and businesses, supporting library teams through advice and development work. Their specialism is culture change and their experience comes from their projects across a range of Library Services including parliamentary, academic, school and public libraries.

The sessions were creative, interactive and very beneficial to the service we offer - much has improved since we have adopted the Innovations techniques and the Inspirational Managers course ...I would highly recommend – Rachel Rosser, (Wales)

Fiona has a thoroughly impressive grasp of her subject area and brings fresh ideas and real energy to projects, challenging and energising staff to embrace and apply new ideas. (Chris Hamilton Woking,UK)

Fi wanted to know exactly what we wanted from the training and then set about delivering it. It was targeted, relevant, inspiring, fun and gave delegates lots of practical idea to implement on our return to work (Anne Marley, Hampshire UK)
